We bought or first stapler. Ever. Skull Candy Media is now an official business and I’m happy to report that our website is now 95% complete with the addition of our Production Services page. Be sure to check out a sampling of our wares at http://www.skullcandymedia.com/services.html (More media will be posted in the next several weeks)

In other news, Megan has narrowed down her choices for male talent for our new DVD, “Lucky Bastard”, a project which was put on hold while we were changing some things around with our company.

Filming will begin in about a week so we’ll keep you posted at our website. www.skullcandymedia.com

Jamie Coxx 2009

2009 is going to be a good year for making content. I’m taking the appropriate steps to insure that I make the best videos I can …starting with my appearance - I have quit smoking as of Oct. 31st and have been going to the gym everyday since the beginning of Dec. We’ve also cut out all fast food here at the house and are eating carefully planned well balanced meals. The results have been great and I think you’ll notice as the months go on and the new videos get released. Also, I’m sure you’ve noticed that 2008 was pretty heavy on “solo” videos… well that’s about to change - the new batch of videos for ‘09 will be a lot more adventurous, have better audio and visual quality and will just be a more satisfying product all around. I’m planning on joining the rest of this century by moving up to High Def video production… but I may need your help! My goal is to purchase a Canon HV30. I have very technical reasons why I’m going for this particular video camera suffice to say that the end result of using an HV30 will be dramatically increased production values. How can you help? Well I’ve set up a donation button on my production website: www.skullcandymedia.com - all you have to do is drop off what ever you are willing to spare. The goal is around $500 as the price of the HV30 has dropped since the holidays. I have all the peripherals in place from lighting to special lenses to audio equipment but the camera is the last step before I can truly get down to work. Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated!

Hey all, Jamie Coxx here with a press release from my company, (for those of you who are interested in what I’m up to…) Thanx for reading, J.C.

Dallas, Texas Studio: New Name/New DVD

Jagen Entertainment has officially changed its name to Skull Candy Media. The production studio opened its doors in August, 2008 with the release of its first DVD title, “By Appointment Only”.
Skull Candy Media is operated out of Dallas, TX. and is owned by Industry newcomer Megan Murray and her partner Jamie Coxx. Their website states the reason for the change: “The word Jagen just sounded too clunky so we went with a name that would require us to draw skeleton heads and think of delicious treats.”

Skull Candy Media has released a new DVD to coincide with their name change entitled, “In The Beginning - Megan Murray’s Early Home Movies”. The DVD features Megan Murray in four amateur style, hardcore scenes edited together from footage that was shot about one year before Megan officially began making adult films in “Porn Valley”. In addition to the scenes, the DVD also features 7 never before seen photo galleries compiled from Megan’s early days as an underground fetish model in North Texas.
